Project development
R-Team will help you in development various types of projects, in close cooperation with local and international advisors. These projects are funded by international (European Commission) and local donors (Serbian government).
R-Team has gained large experience with projects related to regional and economic development, human resources development, SME development, export and investment promotion, agriculture, tourism, environment, civic participation and government practices to European Union.
Besides that, R-Team always strives to new opportunities. To its clients R-Team offers services of project development in field of rural development for programming period 2014-2020 – IPARD programme of the European Union. Particularly, these services are:
- Preparation of project and technical documentation,
- Development of environmental impact assessment elaborates,
- Preparation of documents for IPARD calls (application forms and requests for payments),
- Development of feasibility studies and other studies related to project, i.e. business plans.
