The European Commission adopted the Interreg – IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Hungary – Serbia 2014 – 2020

The European Commission adopted the Interreg -IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Hungary – Serbia for the period 2014-2020.

The Programme will support cross-border projects that intensify economic cooperation through sustainable use of natural and cultural resources. The Programme is focused on improving cross-border water management and risk prevention systems, decreasing the bottlenecks of cross-border traffic and encouraging tourism and cultural heritage cooperation and enhancing SMEs’ economic competitiveness through innovation driven development. The total value of the Programme, with national contributions included, is €76,62 million.
