Adopted Cooperation Programme between Serbia and Romania worth €88,12 million

European Commission adopted the Interreg-IPA cross-border programme between Romania and Serbia yesterday. This programme, covering 2014-2020 period, is worth more than €88,12 million, with a contribution of €74,9 million from the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA).

The funds are intended for the two countries to jointly work in order to promote employment and strengthening basic services for inclusive growth, improving environmental protection and risk management, increasing mobility, increasing the attractiveness of tourist destinations and the development of sustainable tourism.
